HOW THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE IS POWERED: Our software platform for all activities is called "Hopin." During our 2-day event participants can "hop in" and "hop out" - we've built in lots of flexibility. Prominent tabs are the doors to different aspects of the event: Reception page, Expo, Sessions, Networking and the main Stage. This application was designed for full-blown conferences, with lots of ways for participants to connect and meet up! 

As seen in Fortune magazine and Forbes magazine: Hopin is the first live online events platform where attendees can learn, interact, and connect with people from anywhere. Exhibitor sign-up will include creating a free account in Hopin for each exhibiting team member

 

We will offer a series of Hopin demos to make you comfortable with the platform, how it works and how you can maximize your usage during the expo. If you need additional support, we can provide a scheduled one-on-one training.

 

 

HOW THE VIRTUAL EXPO BOOTH WORKS

> We do all the virtual booth set-up work for you!

> Conference attendees can "find" your company booth by browsing around the Expo, as they would in person.

> Your team reps can also quick-search all participants to invite specific people to your booth!  

> When a visitor clicks on your booth, they can hear and see what's happening there, just as they would strolling down an aisle.   

> You can easily see their name, and decide to invite them in with one click.

> You're in control: up to 10 total people can "fit" into your booth. Everyone there can see and hear each other.     

> Share your screen to show photos, a video, demo, etc.   

> You can also chat in writing with all booth visitors at once.   

> When a visitor is ready to leave they just click to exit (or you can actually boot them!)

> Anyone coming to your booth door sees your logo, a short company description and a link to your website. This info never disappears.   

> We will provide support for your virtual booth design, using your own backdrop or our virtual background template. 

 

 

HOW EXHIBITORS CAN NETWORK FOR EXPOSURE THROUGHOUT THE CONFERENCE  

Shoot "hello" messages to all Conference attendees in real time (example: "Acme is giving away a SpaceX trip - drop your card at our booth!")  

Your team reps can also quick-search all participants to just chat one-on-one.

Invite any participant (or a small group) for a private on-the-spot video meet-up!

Jump into spontaneous speed-date style networking to meet new managers or board members. Your session ends in 3 minutes- no awkward partings. 

Schedule a demo or short "How-to" talk at your booth, and invite whomever you wish.

It works both ways! Participants can also easily find your team members by name and reach out with a click.  

 

EXHIBITOR PRICING   

Up to five total team members are included (all must be registered in order to access the Conference). We strongly encourage a minimum of at least two total team members, allowing spontaneous peel-off video meet-ups and/or 'working' the virtual crowd. 

  • 2020 Supporting Business Partners: Elite-level: Booth is free; Platinum-level: $500; Gold-level: $610.
        MUST BE SIGNED IN TO THE COMPANY CORPORATE ACCOUNT TO GET THESE RATES! 
        (TIP FOR HOW TO TELL: click Manage Profile at the very top of this page, then "Profile Home." The name under the CAI-NC logo is the account you're in.) ONLY the primary CAI contact can retrieve a forgotten company password. 
  • All other chapter member firms: $715 
  • Non-member firms: $995

 

BOOTH LOCATIONS are determined by three factors:

  • Supporting Partner  or Management Company Chapter Champion status
  • Chapter Membership status
  • How soon you sign up! (First-come first-served)
